Homemade Low-Fat Baked Corn Tortilla Chips

On taco nights at my house we love having chips and homemade salsa.  These chips are super easy to make, low-fat and have no added oil.  All you need to make these tasty chips is corn tortillas and salt.

Stack about eight tortillas on a cutting board and cut them into triangles with a pizza cutter.  Sprinkle them liberally with salt.  Place the chips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.  Bake in a preheated oven at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.  Don’t over cook them or they will burn.  They become crisp as they cool.  Store in an air tight container.

Serve with easy homemade salsa or cheese dip.
