Peaches N’ Cream Over Night Oats

I LOVE Overnight Oats!!! They are so versatile and RIDICULOUSLY EASY to make!  You can pretty much add almost ANY of your favorite oatmeal ingredients to get a custom bowl of goodness for breakfast!

All you do is put all your ingredients in a sealed container the night before, pop it in to the fridge, take it out and enjoy your breakfast the next morning.

Here is how I made my breakfast for this morning:

In a bowl or container place:

1/2 cup oats
1/2 plant-based milk (I use almond milk)
1 small peach, peeled & pitted, sliced OR
2 small canned peach halves, rinsed & drained, sliced
1 tbsp ground flax seed
1-2 tbsps. agave nectar
salt to taste
